No formal teaching or performance guarantee

This is a festival-inspired fictional game, not an authentic lion dance curriculum, cultural certification, music examination, therapeutic tool, or professional performance trainer. Displayed timing values are browser estimates affected by hardware and software. A score does not guarantee ability in a real ensemble or cultural setting.

Original project and third-party rights

The project’s interface, patterns, wording, scoring presentation, brand, visual direction, and synthesized sound design are original. Traditional lion dance as a cultural practice is not claimed as property. No endorsement by a troupe, school, event, equipment brand, or cultural organization is implied. React and development dependencies remain subject to their own licenses as described in project notices.

Acceptable use

You may play, link to, and discuss the publicly available site. You may not impersonate the project operator, bypass security controls, use automated traffic to disrupt service, falsely present the game as an authorized cultural curriculum, or extract project assets for a confusing commercial clone. Standard browser inspection does not grant a license to reuse content.

Availability and changes

The game may change, pause, or become unavailable. Local storage can be cleared by browser behavior or user action, and local best scores are not guaranteed backups. The site is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, cultural authenticity, or timing precision.

Liability and contact

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the game, device behavior, lost local progress, or reliance on an entertainment score.
